This proposal is designed as a real journey of living together and sharing. The activity is organized at various times, studied as a function of the chosen period and weather conditions / forecasts, safely guided by the guides who work with us.
The activities may have various duration and level of emotional involvement and perceived risk (soft or very strong)
Orientation activities with map and compass (and possibly GPS) alternate with activities of climbing / descent with double ropes.
There may also be activities such as building rope bridges and other classic activities such as high rope paths.
Training aims: team building, risk tolerance and exceeding objectives, sharing, problem solving & decision making, trust and listening, effective communication with each other

Team building on a sailboat is a totally challenging and engaging training tool, in which participants learn directly and immediately and rely on all their resources to achieve individual and shared objectives, accelerating the normal learning process.

Compared to other types of experiential training, sailing allows experiencing a moment of personal interrelation that is even stronger, not only working but also living together with colleagues in practise and completely leaving their work roles.

The metaphor plays on the importance of teamwork and motivation to operate in the market efficiently. From this experience, the group is strengthened and cohesive as it has learned to know and respect the people behind the roles.

The experience that we propose can be different depending on the group, the time available and the training objectives to develop (two days on the boat with activities involving manoeuvring, construction and recovery of a dead body, trolling and final regatta or day or half-day experience)

Rafting e Canyoning

Rafting is a river descent on an unsinkable and self-bailing raft. The crew (4-8 people) steers the boat through the rapids with paddles.

The team that leads the raft must find inner balance and the right rhythm to proceed through the rapids along the river, rowing in the same direction and with the same intensity, communicating and sharing information effectively (for example, the sighting of a obstacle), being able to make decisions as quickly as possible (the direction to take), recognizing the roles (helmsman, paddlers) and the resources of each.

The group must recognize, analyze and deal with the overcoming of obstacles (threats and opportunities of the environment) and manage the interchangeability of people to ensure the appropriate flexibility. Canyoning has similar objectives and implementation

Car – Bob – Boat race


The participants, divided into groups, will face a challenge:
• plan and design a car made entirely of cardboard, on which, once completed, face a competition with other teams.
• the activity is structured in three phases: the design, the construction, the race.
• the winner is the team that, using the available budget, will be able to design the best and most creative car, build it and win the competition. For each of these activities different scores will be assigned, which together contribute to the final score.
There may be two variants for the construction of boats, which must be able to float and hold a person, or bob to be used for downhill on snow.
Training aims: team building and integration, negotiation, organization and planning of work, time and resource management, commercial presentation.



Cooking and Vin Building

Cooking: cooking becomes the metaphor of activities, which may be performed to feed or to impress, involving the senses and reaching ambitious goals.

The result is extremely motivating and enjoyable, especially considering the fact that the participants eat what they cook.
A panel of judges rate the best dishes, which will then be officially awarded.
This allows the participants to achieve goals and do things that at the beginning they never thought they could do.

«Vin building»: a fun activity that sees Franciacorta as a destination, known for the excellence of its wines: an unusual afternoon of leisure, playing to discover the world of wine.

The topics will be treated in a simple and engaging language, through a theoretical and practical approach that has the element of play and training as the main theme.

This will allow easy understanding even for those who approach the world of wine for the first time.

C.S.I. Investigators in action

It is a mystery game, an educational and recreational activity that uses the technique of mysteries to drive the company’s resources to give their best.
The “stories” revolve around police investigation = of the participants, to be carried out in a methodical and scientific way, to solve the case and find the murderer and which involves different stories on which different teams investigate.
The participants, divided into groups, include some actors in the role of potential suspects, on which the investigation will be carried out to find the culprit.
The investigation teams try to ascertain the truth through all the evidence available, therefore the activity is divided into 4 main phases: analysis of the crime scene, choice and interrogation of witnesses or suspects, search of the murder weapon and comparison with the other teams, reconstruction of the murder and presentation in plenary session.
The teams will have to solve the case and identify the culprit, the motive, the dynamics of the crime and the profile of the victim.
Training aims: listening to details (analysis of the crime scene), technical questions (interrogation), planning and organization of work, problem solving (search of the weapon), time management, effective communication in public (final reconstruction)

Treasure Hunt

Participants will be involved in a fun “Treasure Hunt” around the city (can also be done in various European and other cities).

Each team will be assigned a path consisting of 4 sequential stops between them within a city or a location (it can also be in a natural environment park, mountain, sea). Each team will have to find clues to be photographed with their mobile phone and then sent to the jury that will send other clues and content of the various evidence, which when passed, the treasure hunt will continue.

Examples of evidence:

Find the information: the team receives a text message that contains a clue / puzzle to be solved (if a foreign city is chosen, the puzzle could also be written in the local language).

Evidence of involvement: a fun test that requires the involvement of passersby. A few examples:

Participants must be able to take a group digital photograph involving as many people as possible;

Participants will design and implement a choreographic good luck ritual for their team with the help of strangers.

Training aims: motivation, sales and negotiation, team spirit, sense of belonging, planning and organization, listening and leadership skills



Theatre and film activities and Brain on air

It involves using the theatre or cinema to observe and experience a process in which theatre/cinema,training and communication interact. This is a very powerful tool for training and communication

It is possible to reach targets of interchange and sharing, creativity, change management through the interpretation of different roles, with the use of different costumes, codes, languages, rituals depending on the context.

In the case of cinema participants create short films of their own idea or inspired by famous movie scenes that can also be used as a means of training to highlight some behaviour or they coordinate to create a single film. The films and short films can also be published on social media or youtube increasing the involvement of participants and also becoming a potential means of visibility of the group and the company.

A further theatre variant is «Brain on the air» that uses radio communication to bring into play skills in communication, time management, project management, creativity. Participants engage with the design and implementation of the pilot episode of a radio program

Jazz Training Jam Session

The focus of this proposal is music. The success of a company requires involvement, participation, sharing and passion. However, to engage first of all it is necessary to excite and, to excite and affect, it is necessary to learn to get excited.

A choir is a non-competitive, disciplined group, willing to make sacrifices, to try and try again to achieve a group result. A choir creates a harmonious dimension, in which the barriers between people are reduced naturally and where diversity becomes a resource for the successful achievement of a common, new and unexpected goal.

The activity starts with the preparation of a piece of music of choice and its interpretation guided by our vocal coach. Based on the vocal characteristics and timbre, the participants are divided and thus begin preparatory exercises. The track is then studied (individual and group), and finally the individual choral stanzas are studied.

The last step involves editing the song, the choral interpretation and the performance itself

Go Kart

The experience at the kart track is a recreational activity that facilitates the understanding of the dynamics of team training. The collaboration within groups sometimes gives way to excessive competition, but that does not benefit either the individual nor the company.

This approach provides insight into the management strategies of the group learning to take advantage of collaboration and competition.

Participants in fact will not have to compete individually but as a team having to manage pit stops just like in a real race, with the related strategies.

Training aims: collaboration, management of the spirit of competition in work groups, energy, planning and strategies

Krava Maga Experience

It is an outdoor experiential full immersion activity, during which participants will get a taste of the typical tactical training of men in action.

They will be guided to face and overcome «limit» situations, during which the expression of all the individual resources to support the team will be crucial.

It begins with a brief training period after which participants will receive instructions for an upcoming operational mission.

For this purpose, a real virtual scenario will be created ad hoc, a complete story in which each participant will have a specific role.

The group will be left ample scope for decision, even if trainer monitoring will be constant.

Social Team Building

In this type of project participants are faced with a social issue, and then work together with a goal «socially useful» goal. This type of activity can therefore combine the training aims of the company and the pursuit of the common goal of the group and to experience integration with people from very different fields with respect to the company.

The type of project is chosen together with the company and may have a correlation with the corporate mission (for example, a project to raise awareness of recycling for schools organized by a municipal company, or the design and care of the gardens of a beneficial association, or redeployment of premises used for social purposes).

The activity is always divided in a planning phase and an operational and executive phase. After the planning phase, communication on social networks that gives visibility to the initiative may be expected.

Business strategies and training come together on the golf course in a business game in teams in which some of the main managerial dynamics at the company are experienced by playing them on the field to: make decisions in difficult conditions identify a strategy for a winning team. The winner is the team that has created the most value at the end and obviously with the highest score!

Action Painting

Action painting is a painting technique in which colour is dripped spontaneously, launched or stained on canvas.

It is a way of experiencing art with the whole body, having fun and creating something spontaneously unique.

Participants will be in front of giant canvases, wearing overalls to protect their own clothes and will have to use paints made ​​available to create their work.

An artist expert will guide the participants, divided into teams, in achieving their canvases, with no competition, all are free to pull out their artistic sense

And at the end the canvases will be placed side by side so they can be admired by the participants, who will watch from afar, how their simultaneous and creative work makes them fly high together, in a mix of colour splashes.

Training aims: teamwork, motivation, creativity, expressiveness

One piece at a time… that’s how major projects are implemented. So why not use the same approach for team building based on Giant Domino?

Each work group is entrusted with the design and subsequent realization of 3 Giant Domino tiles. To this end, the participants are provided with cardboard and a variety of other materials to customize their tiles, following a common theme.

Each group is also asked to identify from among its members the person in charge / and to meet the delegates of the other groups. They will in fact define what form the tiles should be – in order to achieve the Domino effect, the tiles have to have similar, if not identical shape and size.

On completion of the construction phase, the giant tiles are then placed in the space and here is the «great» show of the progressive fall of all the tiles…

This metaphor is particularly effective to convey the message that the success of a brand goes through all those that represent it on the market.

Paper Balloon

In this case, our proposal is based on the design and creation of some real flying machines: small hot-air balloons (minimum dimensions: 2 m in height) that are able to soar, thanks to the pressure of the air heated by the thermal burner.

It is possible to choose to use helium, which allows having the activity even indoors.

Collaboration in this situation will be the key to get the job done, in respect of the other participants.

However, it will be with the final effect that the idea of teamwork will be achieved: all individuals who put together what they have done to create an explosion of colour flying high as a bright cloud

Training aims: collaboration, team building, creativity, negotiating, managing resources and budgets, time management, problem solving

Let’s square
Objective: to achieve a common goal by optimizing all available resources and communication and organization among the team members. Execution: all participants (blindfolded) must succeed together to create a perfect square, using a rope, within a specified time limit (the customer will not wait!).
Pipe Line
Objective: situation of extreme stress in which to find a solution by remaining united, calm and motivated in order to achieve the objective.
Execution: multiple groups are created (departments of the company) which, with the aid of plastic tubes, must be able to reach the final objective (the market) with the services offered by the company (a pingpong ball).
Guided Gymk 
Objective:to reflect on the importance of mutual trust.
Execution: the person is blindfolded and guided by a partner in a path consisting of tests with different levels of difficulty (exercise in pairs).
The Bomb
Objective: to plan the activities of the work group on the basis of resources within the specified time limit.
Execution: the group must be able to defuse a dangerous nuclear device using the few materials available.
